Do you have a project in the cultural and creative industries? The Hub’IC incubator is here to help. More interested in social innovation? Cocoshaker or Alter’incub are your entry points. Is science at the heart of your business model? Busi by CAI takes over.

To get your project off the ground without giving up your studies, Clermont Auvergne Métropole supports Pépite: a program launched by the University, adapted and integrated into the curriculum. It also supports the ESC Clermont business school, which has developed its own Squarelab incubator, open to local entrepreneurs.

And because entrepreneurship also means taking financial risks, Clermont Auvergne Métropole has launched the Fonds Métropolitain pour l’Innovation (FMI): a grant to enable you to devote yourself fully to launching your project, without worrying about the initial costs.

The Université Clermont Auvergne (UCA) has decided to go beyond its walls and open up its laboratories to the business world.

The results? Public research and business are coming closer together, and working collaborations are emerging between two worlds that were not used to seeing each other. Analgesia is the first research foundation dedicated to innovation against pain. Since its creation in Clermont Ferrand in 2016, ongoing collaborations with researchers have enabled the development of new treatments to care for patients.

Le Damierc‘is the region’s cultural and creative industries (CCI) cluster. Music, cinema, video games, live performance… It boasts 70 image and sound companies employing nearly 170 people.
