Parking description:

The project concerns an ERP type PS parking lot on the ground floor + 3 levels, with 286 parking spaces spread over 4 levels, including :

• First floor: 76 spaces, including 15 outdoor spaces, 6 PMR spaces, 4 family spaces and 18 IRVE spaces, as well as a bicycle room (29 spaces) and a service room.
• Levels 1 and 2: 70 places each.
• Level 3: 70 spaces, including 36 covered by photovoltaic shades.

The building permit has been submitted by Gagnepark, the project’s prime contractor, with commissioning scheduled for February 16, 2026. The framework and infrastructure of the shaded areas, as well as the connection ducts between the building and the ENEDIS network, are included in the project management contract. In this way, the applicant will be able to connect to the building’s transformer, which is sized to accommodate the power of the photovoltaic plant.

Invitation to tender :

In accordance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment, Clermont Auvergne Métropole invites interested operators to submit their projects for the installation and operation of photovoltaic power plants.

The installation of photovoltaic power plants will be governed by a temporary occupancy agreement with the Metropole, with a fixed and variable occupancy fee.
