Monthly rental costs

• For the first year: €11.72 before tax per m², inclusive of charges.

Meeting rooms

• 1 room seating 22 people
• 2 rooms seating 15 people
• 1 auditorium seating 50 people

These meeting rooms are available for the use of businesses hosted by the nursery and for outside companies.
They are available on a booking basis from Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm.
They come equipped with a built-in video projector and WiFi access.
Occupants get free use of the rooms provided they are not used for profit. If that is not the case, a 25% discount is applied to the usual rate.

Rental costs for outside companies

• Rooms seating 15 people:
  €28 before tax for half a day, €48 before tax for a full day
• Room seating 22 people:
  €41 before tax for half a day, €70 before tax for a full day
• Auditorium seating 50 people:
  €111 before tax for half a day, €166 before tax for a full day
